Yalova-Altınova Shipyard Enterprise Co. is founded in 2004 by selected entrepreneurs under the leadership of Yalova Governorship in order to supply for the increasing neccesity of new vessel in Turkish maritime and global maritime sector.

Within the scope of the Project, on a 1.350.000m2 swamp area on the seaward edge of the shore of Marmara Sea in Yalova town, it’s been planned to build shipyards, social facilities and a sub-industrial zone.

The amount of investment has reached at least 365 million USD $.
